I’ve been a woodworker for 20 years.  I’ve bought a lot of junk that was supposed to save time or do a better job, and they all have good intentions but seem to fall short of doing what they claim and sometimes doing anything at all, but they did cause an awful lot of aggravation .

I needed to cut a lot of different sized tenons fairly quickly but, most of all, accurately.  This blade system I designed and use in my shop almost every day.  It is the easiest, the most versatile and the least expensive way to cut tenons accurately that you will find.

Tenon end cutters are expensive and everything else that I've found on the market is very limiting as to what it will cut as far as width and depth.   This cutting system is by far the most time saving accessory in my shop.   I have cut 136 tenons in less than an hour— all accurate, clean cuts –1 1/4" long .   I cut short tenons and as long as 2 1/4” long tenons.

You will be amazed at how well this works!! 

I’ve been using mine for 2 years and I am still amazed at not only what a great job it does but also how versatile this tool is and what a necessity it has become.

I build furniture as a profession, but this is a tool that a novice can appreciate also.  We all would like to save time.
